- Coller les rondelles (rep 25 du TCI NPL24.00) à l'interieur de la fourche.
- Bond the washers (item 25 of page NPL2400) on the inside of both wheel axle holes.

Refer to page QPL09.00 of the parts catalog.

- Coller les rondelles du coté intérieur des 4 trous de fixation de la fourche.
- Bond the washers inside the fork on the four attachment holes.

- Fixer la fourche carbone sur le tube mobile. (visserie : rep 33, 34 et 59).
- Fix the carbon fiber fork to movable tube (attaching parts : items 33, 34 and 59).

Note : si vous montez la carène de roue, montez le support supérieur en forme de Y maintenant (voir chapitre suivant)
Note : if you want to put wheel spats, install the Y shape support bracket now (refer to next chapter)

- Montage des 4 vis de tenue de la fourche à la Loctite 270 Frein-Filet Fort.
- Secure four screws fixing the fork with Loctite 270 "Frein-Filet Fort" .

- Intercaler l'entretoise (rep 5) entre les roulements (rep 4) dans le moyeu (rep 6), monter les bagues exterieures des roulements jusqu'aux butées du moyeu.
- Insert the spacer (item 5) between the two ball bearings  (rep 4) inside the hub (rep6), mount the outer rings of the ball bearings inside the hub against the stops.

- Monter l'axe tubulaire (rep 16) dans la bague intérieure des roulements, mettre une entretoise (rep12) de chaque côté.
- Mount the tubular axle (item 16) inside the inner ball bearing rings, place a spacer (item 12) each side of it.

- Mettre le tout en place dans la fourche, installer de chaque côté le support carène (rep19).
- Install the assembly on the fork and fairing supports (item 19) on both sides of the fork.

- Brocher le tout avec l'axe M6 (rep 24), mettre les rondelles (rep 21) contre les supports de carènes et serrer (écrous rep 23).
- Broach the assembly with the 6 mm diameter axle (item 24) , put the washer (item 21) against the fairing supports, and secure the assembly (nuts item 23).

- Vérifier que la roue tourne sans frottement. FAITES UN EQUILIBRAGE STATIQUE.
- Check the wheel turns freely. PROCEED TO A STATIC BALANCING OF THE WHEEL.
