L'extrémité du saumon doit être bien maintenue dans l'outil, EN PARTICULIER pour l'angle d'incidence du winglet qui doit être respecté sous peine d'une dégradation notable des performances, au lieu d'une amélioration !
The winglet tip must be firmly hold in the jig, PARTICULARLY for the angle of attack that must be respected, otherwise performances will be lowered (instead of increased !)

Toujours avec l'outil en place, reporter tous les 5 à 10 cm la cote mesurée "x", moins 2 mm de sécurité.
Couper
Finir les 2 mm à la cale à poncer, pour une adapatation correcte sur l'aile.

With the jig in place, draw the dimmension "x" on the winglet every 5 to 10 cm, - 2 mm safety margin.
Cut.
Finish the remaining 2mm with abrading block, to get a correct fitting on the wing.

Vérifier avec l'outil que le winglet est bien positionné (les équerres doivent être au bord de l'aile +/- 10 mm, et surtout l'angle d'incidence doit etre respecté à +/- 2°) . Faire les 2 côtés symétriques !
Check the winglet is well positionned (the jig square brackets may face the wing edge +/-10 mm , and above all the angle of attack may be exact +/- 2°) . Make both winglets symmetrical !

- Les winglets doivent être renforcés avec un longeron en PVC. Collez ce longeron à l'époxy, aux cotes indiquées. Attention de ne pas déformer le winglet.
- The winglets must be reinforced with a PVC foam spar. Glue it with epoxy , according to the dimensions above. Be careful not to buckle the winglet shape.
