- Repérez les supports et les plexi gauches et droits.
- Differenciate left and right support and canopy.

- Faites un repère à 270 mm du bord de fuite du saumon.
- Mark the wing tip at 270 mm from its trailing edge.

- Faites glisser le plexi sur le bord du saumon pour repérer sa position idéale : les rayons de courbure doivent se raccorder sans « cassure ».
- Slide the canopy across the wing tip in order to determine its ideal position (continuous radius).

- Reportez la marque à 270 mm sur le plexi.
- Copy the 270 mm wing tip mark onto the canopy.

- Positionnez le support dans le plexi en plaçant le soyage par rapport au repère que vous venez de tracer.
- Install the strobe support in the canopy so that the joggle of the canopy matches the previous mark.

- Tracez la ligne de découpe, avec du scotch par exemple.
- Mark the cut-out line with paper tape for instance.

- Découpez puis ajustez le plexi sur son support.
- Cut-out and install the canopy on its support.

- Positionnez le plexi sur le saumon, à 270 mm.
- Adjust the canopy on the wing tip at 270 mm.

- Tracez le profil de découpe.
- Trace the shape of the canopy on the wing tip for cuting-out.

- Découper et ajuster le saumon à la forme du plexi.
- Cut-out and adjust the wing tip to the canopy shape.

- Fendre les supports sur 10 à 15 mm au bord d'attaque et au bord de fuite pour pouvoir les insérer et les ajuster correctement à l'intérieur du saumon.
- Cut the support along 10 to 15 mm at its leading and trailing edges in order to adjust properly inside the wing tip.

- Percez les passages des prises et les trous de fixation des feux flash.
- Cut the slots for the plugs and the strobe attachment points.

- Il faut 2 trous diamètre 2 mm et un trou rectangulaire de 18*31. Attention à faire le trou pour la prise en haut pour l'aile gauche et en bas pour l'aile droite.
- Two 2 mm diameter and one 18 x 31 mm rectangular holes must be drilled. The hole for the plug must be drilled on top of the support for left wing and at bottom for the right wing.

- Percez le trou d'aération des feux : diamètre 10, position « comme sur la photo » (pas de cote précise).
- Drill a 10 mm diameter hole for air vent as shown on the above picture (no precise dimension).

- Si vous montez aussi des feux bicolores de navigation, il faut aussi faire un trou d'aération à 3 cm en avant du tuyau de passage des fils.
- If navigation lights are also installed, drill an other air vent hole 3 cm in front of the slot for the wires.

- Coller à la colle époxy A140 les petites cales en bois de 2.5 mm aux endroits où seront situées les vis de fixation du plexi et des feux flash.
- Bond with A140 Epoxy glue 2.5 mm thick wooden block where screws are requied for fixing the canopy and the strobes.

- Poncer l'intérieur des saumons pour enlever les surépaisseurs.
- Polish the inside of the wing tip skin in order to adjust its thickness....
