VERINS DE VERRIERE
CANOPY GAS SPRINGS

- Ouvrez la verrière autant que possible (jeu entre le pontet et l'avant de la verrière ~= 10 mm). Maintenez la ouverte avec une cale.
- Hold the canopy as wide open as possible with a piece or wood or so. (play between the front of the canopy and the cover ~= 10mm)

- Fixez le corps du vérin à l'arceau
- Fix the gas spring body on the frame.

- Marquez le fuselage en face du milieu de l'arceau
- Mark the fuselage in front of the frame centreline.

- Montez la patte de fixation sur la tige du vérin
- Fix the fixation bracket on the gas spring rod

- Reculez le vérin au maximum (mais PAS PLUS QUE 134 mm !), et contre percez le fuselage.
- Put the gas spring hinge as far back as possible (but NOT MORE THAN 134 mm ! ), and backdrill the fuselage.

- Fixez la patte avec des vis à tête fraisée et des rondelles cuvettes.
- Fix the bracket with countersunk head screws and cup washers.
