MONTAGE DU BATI SUPERIEUR, FIXATION DU MOTEUR SUR L'AVION
UPPER ENGINE FRAME INSTALLATION AND FIXING OF THE ENGINE ONTO THE FIREWALL

Objectif / Aims / Objektiv:
Monter le
bâti supérieur du moteur.
Install the
upper engine frame.
Montage des
oberen Motorträgers.
Monter le
moteur sur l'avion.
Install the
engine onto the firewall
Montega des
Motors.
Orienter le
banjo d'huile du carter.
Change the
orientation of the oil banjo hose nipple below the engine crankcase.
Ausrichten des
Oelanschlusses am Motor.
Démonter le tube d'équilibrage de pression.
Remove manifold pressure equilibrium tube
Druckausgleichsslauch demontieren.
Démonter le collecteur d'eau.
Remove water distributor
Wasserkollktor demontieren.
Monter le bâti supérieur avant.
Install the front upper engine frame.
Vordren, oberen Motorträger montieren.
- Percer les têtes des 8 vis de diamètre 10mm à 1.5mm pour leur blocage avec
du fil à freiner.
- Drill 1.5mm diamter holes into 10mm diameter screw heads for lock-wiring.
- Les vis de fixation de la partie avant dans
le réducteur (CHC10-45 et H 10-40) sont trop longues et viennent à fond de filets. Pour
éviter d'endommager les filetages du réducteur, recouper les vis (cotes INDICATIVES
: CHC 10-45 à recouper à 32 mm +0/-1, vis tête H 10-40 à recouper à 27 mm +0/-1). Vérifiez
les longueurs avant serrage !!!
- The CHC10 x 45 cap screw and H10 x 40 Hex head screw are too long. Make sure you cut
them down to avoid damaging the gearbox. They must be shortened to the following length :
hex socket head screw CHC 10-45 shortened to 32 mm +0/-1, hex head screw H 10-40 to 27 mm
+0/-1. Those dimensions are INDICATIVE, check carefully before tightening.
- ATTENTION A LA LONGUEUR DES ENTRETOISES A L'AVANT. L=7
à droite et L=12 à gauche (vue du pilote).
- USE THE CORRECT SPACER LENTH AT THE FRONT EACH SIDE OF THE GEARBOX : L= 7 on
the right hand side and L=12 on the left (pilot's view).
- Coller les vis à la LOCTITE et freiner.
- Secure all screws with Loctite and lock wire.
- Schrauben mit Loctite 638 mont.
Fixer le bâti supérieur arrière sur le bâti supérieur avant.
Fix upper front engine frame to the aft engine frame.
- Insérer l'entretoise L=54 dans le Silentbloc.
- Insert the 54 mm long spacer into aft engine frame Silentbloc.
- Distanzhülse L=54 in Silentblock montieren.
- ATTENTION AU SENS DU BATI ARRIERE :
- CHECK GOOD ORIENTION OF AFT ENGINE FRAME :
- ACHTUNG AUF EINBAURICHTUNG :
- Les tubes des bâtis supérieurs avant et arrière sont dans le même plan une fois
le moteur en place.
- Tubes of front and aft engine frames must be aligned as shown on following drawing.
- Die Rohre des vorderen und hinteren Trägers sind bei eingebautem Motor auf gleicher
Ebene.
Fixer le bâti supérieur sur la CPF.
Fix upper engine frame to firewall.
Montage des oberen Motorträgers auf Brandschott.

2 vis CHC8-70Fixer les bâtis inférieurs sur la CPF
Fix lower engine frames to firewall
Montage des unteren Motorträger auf brandschott.

2 vis CHC6-55- Serrer les ferrures de fixation inférieur.
- Tighten lower engine frame supports onto firewall..
- Untere Befestigungsbeschläge anziehen.
- Serrer le raidisseur.
- Tighten lower engine frame stiffener screws.
- Verstrebung anziehen
Orienter le banjo d'huile sous le carter.
Change oriantation of oil Banjo hose nipple underneath crankcase.
Ausrichten des Oelanschlusses unter Motor.
- Orienter le banjo vers la droite, perpendiculairement à l'axe avion.
- Rotate Banjo hose nipple to the right so that it is perpendicular to the Aircraft
axis.
- Oelanschluss rechtwinklin nach rechts ausrichten.
- Freiner le banjo avec du fil à freiner.
- Lockwire.
- Anziehen und mit Sicherungsdroht sichern.
