facultatif (et difficile) : installer le joint pour caler le racleur. evite au racleur de bouger, mais n'a pas de r˙le d'˙tanch˙it˙.
optional (and difficult): install the o'ring to hold the wiper seal. it avoids the wiper to move axially but has no sealing role.

marquer le centre de la tige chrom˙e
mark the chrome rod centre.

faire 2 encoches en vis ˙ vis
make two dents facing each other.

fixer le piston sur la tige, en appuyant des vis pointeau sur les dents faites pr˙c˙demment.
fix the piston on the rod, press the headless srew tips on the dents previously made.

bien ˙bavuer l'int˙rieur du tube (toile ˙meri 400) avant d'ins˙rer le bouchon.
carefully deburr inside the tube (sandpaper 400) before fitting the plug.

avant d'engager la tige, adoucir les bords pour ne pas blesser les joints.
before fitting the rod, smoothen the edges to avoid damaging the o'ring seals.

remplir de liquide hydraulique. norme 3520 obligatoire.
(ne pas utiliser de liquide de frein automobile dot : les joints ne sont pas compatibles.)
fill with hydraulic fluid, norm 3520 mandatory.
(do not use car break fluit norm dot, the seals are not compatible).

positionner le guide ˙ l'extr˙mit˙ de la tige, contre percer et fixer ˙ la cpf (position "˙ la demande").
set the guide in position a the tip of the strut, back drill and fix on the firewall (position on demand).
